Who would my care provider be?
A: That will be determined on what provider(s) is available at the time care is needed. As the client, you will always get to meet your care provider before care is received.
 
Can I request a specific provider?
A: Yes! Requests will be prioritized as much as possible. Though during peak business dates such as holidays, the request may not be possible without advanced notice.
 
What happens if there is an emergency while I am away with my animal (s)?
A: The care provider will immediately contact you and the owner to see what happens next. Your vet info will be taken down through the intake form before care starts and the care provider will be available to take your loved ones to the vet or for ER services as needed. You can pre-approve an amount that can be spent for your loved ones in your absence if this needs to happen. 
 
What happens if there is an emergency with the house while I am away?
A: The care provider will immediately contact you and the owner for instruction and will act accordingly to manage this emergency within the scope of our services or can reach let a different service provider into the house per your request to manage the emergency as needed.
 
What if I have other regular services for the house/yard/animals while I am away?
A: Please let the embodied animal know this in your intake form (ex. weekly cleaning services) and the care provider will plan for these services for your house in advance and be sure the house etc. is ready for the other services that will be rendered that week.

A: Yes.
 
What does the typical process look like to get care services?
A: You will contact the embodied animal and fill out an intake form. The owner will set up a 30 min free consult with you and your furry loved ones to discuss services desired and meet the furries. From there, a contract for services needed will be sent your way and need to be signed before services are rendered. Then as needed, the care provider you will be working with will be sent over within your availability to meet you and your furry loved ones before care is provided. The care provider and owner will confirm dates for services and the care provider will reach out the day services start tp confirm they have arrived to provide care. 
 
What if I am unsatisfied with the services and/or provider of care?
A: Please immediately notify the owner and the owner will decide what needs to be done from there and investigate the complaints.

What is the latest I can book a service, same day or?
A: You can book as late as the day of care, however, based on availability you may or may not receive services the same day. It is always better to plan in advance with as much notice as possible. However, we understand life happens and this is not always a possibility. The owner will do her best to ensure that your furry loved ones receive care as best as she can.
 
What if I do not want the provider in certain spaces of the house or using certain utilities?
A: In the intake form for care, you may request certain rooms/utilities not be used and the provider will respect those boundaries.
